OMK made a site visit to one of our projects where a substantial steel frame we have designed has been erected. We also had to design and detail a series of reinforced concrete spreader beams to be installed on top of the existing sub-structure to distribute the loads onto the original piled slab. The frames in due course will be infilled with glazing to provide the clients with views over their garden and the Thames river.
